What is Sprout Ninjas?

Sprout Ninjas is an expert social media management service. We are a team of expert social media managers who can help grow your social media following with engaging custom-made content.

Who would be my point of contact at Sprout Ninjas?

We will have a dedicated account manager for you who would be looking after your campaigns as well as be your point of contact for any queries.

How much would it cost?

All the plans and their pricing are available here. You can check it out and select whichever suits you. All these plans are inclusive of taxes.

How do I sign-up?

It is a straightforward process. You can just go to our Plans & Pricing page and click  on “Sign Up Now!” button for the plan you select.

What happens after I sign-up / 3-day on-boarding period?

After you sign-up, we would be asking you some questions about your business, its objectives that will help us to understand what it is you want and how we can help you out with it through a questionnaire.

This is the 3-day on-boarding period. During this time, we would plan the first month of posts and campaigns. The plan would then go live on the 4th working day or the nearest workday.

There would be review calls at the end of every month (30th day) to learn about the progress of the campaigns launched, your feedback and pointers for the next month. Your account manager is always available via phone and email.

You can also request for a refund anytime up to 20-days after signing-up. From day 21 onward, you move onto a 30-day notice period. You can notify us via email to cancel if needed at that time.

We reside in the picturesque location of Vishakapatnam (Vizag), India, also known as ‘The Jewel of the East Coast.’

Which plans include social media posts?

All our plans include social media posts. We produce three handcrafted posts per week.


In the $100 Posts Plan,
We produce three posts every week for up to 2 social media channels. You can choose your favorite channels from the list below:

  • Facebook pages, personal profiles, and groups.
  • Instagram personal, business profiles.
  • Linkedin personal, company profiles.
  • Pinterest profiles, boards.
  • Twitter profiles.

Example: 1 Facebook page and 1 Facebook personal profile OR 1 Facebook group and 1 Instagram personal account etc.

Can I see the posts before they are published?

Sure, we need your approval on every post that we publish on your social media channels.

After we create the posts for the 1st month, we will be posting it to the scheduler dashboard, where you can review and provide feedback for those posts. The posts will NOT go live without your approval.

Can I still post to my profiles, if I want?

Definitely, goes without saying. You have full access to your social media pages, and you can post whenever and whatever you want.

Can you publish the posts on additional platforms?

Yes, we can, as long as it’s listed below.

Facebook pages, personal profiles and groups.
Instagram personal, business profiles.
Linkedin personal, company profiles.
Pinterest profiles, boards.
Twitter profiles.

We cover two social media channels of your choice in the $100 Posts Plan; For any other platforms, we can post at an additional charge of $29/platform/month.

What kind of posts will you create for my business?

Every business is unique and has its own requirements. We take time to understand your business during the 3-day on-boarding; we then plan and design your posts.

We rely on your existing brand material to create content for your social media.

While having blog posts is a plus, it's not mandatory. We can use any of your existing content like:

Case-studies
Customer videos
Product/service videos
Help text/images/videos
Documentation/policies
Your website copy/graphics
Lead magnets etc.

How would you know what to post for my business?

The first part that helps us is a simple questionnaire that we ask you to fill right after your sign up. The second part is every bit of information, content, video, image, and topics about your company that is available on the internet.

We then organize all this information to learn in-depth about your business and plan a social media content strategy.

Who will create my social media posts?

We have in-house, full-time graphic designers, video editors, animators, and copywriters who have vast knowledge in creating engaging social media content. They will create your posts.

Payments & Terms

Is there a contract I need to sign?

No, there is no contract; all our plans are month-to-month. You would only need to agree with the terms of service and 30-day notice period to cancel.

Please tell me more about the 20-day money-back guarantee?

Your 20-day guarantee period begins the day you sign-up. After your 3-day On-boarding Period, you will have 17 more days to see your plan running before reaching the end of the money-back period.

During this time, if you are not satisfied with the service, you can cancel.
